Host Hotel & Booking: 

The host hotel, the W Hotel Philadelphia, will be the central location for the majority of MFCA sessions and activities. For members that are staying through AoM Conference, consider enjoying the same discounted room rate at the W Hotel (comparable or better than AoM housing rate options).  The W Hotel is just a 5-6 minute walk to the Philadelphia Convention Center.  To secure our discounted room rates and additional conference savings, we committed to booking 20 rooms across the combined MFCA Conference and Academy of Management annual meeting dates.  We invite our members, students, and participants to book their stay at the W Hotel. Staying at the conference hotel helps us meet our room commitment, supports our negotiated discounts and venue costs, and creates a shared space for connection and community throughout the event.

For additional lodging, a limited number of rooms are available at the charming Akwaaba Philadelphia Bed & Breakfast, offering discounted rates for our members.  A continental breakfast  is serve each morning as well as an afternoon tea, as you stay at the "Most Adored", minority-owned, boutique style 20-suite Bed & Breakfast Inn.  To book a suite at Akwaaba, please visit here Akwaaba Philadelphia.  On the website click on the drop-down menu at the top right, click on "Book Philadelphia", then insert your check-in/out dates.
